A LETTER FROM THE ACFS PRESIDENT

Dear valued clients and potential partners:

As the president and co-founder of Accurate Cash Flow Solutions, Inc. I am proud to introduce you to my company.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself…

I have held 2 positions in corporate America over a period of 25 years.  I remained one of the top 5 Sales representatives out of hundreds consistently year after year selling phone systems and data networks to nationally renowned Fortune 500 companies. 

I was fortunate to have had a lucrative 25 year career being a tenacious achiever with impeccable follow through.  I was also successful due to my strength and ability to remain confident without being self-important. 

I hold my standards rather high and this is the attitude that I had while creating ACFS – I wanted to establish a company from the ground up that would surpass my very own standards and personal successes. 

I have always dreamed of owning a company, especially one that is a leader in this market.  I am blessed that I decided to enter the medical field.  Although there have been a few that have called me crazy!  And there are times when I am reminded why!

I had no idea the challenges that I would face.  The nitty-gritty detail required to submit claims.  This is such a technical field filled with obstacles that face my team, daily.  The paper submission requirements – however few – are changing constantly by insurance carriers.  The electronic claim submission format changes regularly by insurance carriers.  The time periods for submissions, denial follow up, appeals, and resubmissions constantly change.  I am sure that I am not telling you anything new when I say that insurance carriers do their absolute best NOT to pay. 

I consider it OUR daily duty to fight these denials and stall tactics to the full extreme.  And, we have the armor. 

I always say IT IS ALL ABOUT THE FOLLOW UP.  We follow up on the initial submission, itself.  We comb through electronic reports to ensure that a claim made it through the various clearing houses.  We verify that the claim arrived at its final stop – the insurance carrier.  We follow up to ask when to expect payment.  We question if there are reasons that we should expect any delays, and most importantly WHY.  We follow up on any denials received, whether justified or otherwise.  We follow up by contacting the carrier to challenge denials by utilizing insurance reps, automated systems, and web sites.  We follow up on those denials by submitting appeals on your behalf.  We literally treat each and every claim with kit gloves. 

I commit to handling your account as if it were my very own business!  I require that my team treats each and every single claim for every single date of service for every patient that you treat the exact same way; diligently, professionally and with positive results.

I accept the fact that challenges are part of this business, but more importantly, so are the rewards.  All of my clients appreciate the hard work that my team does along with the open and continuous communication guaranteed. 

Those practices that I partner with consider our group their virtual billing department.  Getting you paid takes an entire team; your front office staff working with your billing department, ACFS. 

Although we hold “business office” hours, I want you to know that I make a commitment to all of my clients that I am never out of reach.  Those that know me all too well can confirm this commitment.  My phone is always with me and I answer it off-hours, on weekends, even holidays. 

You, as my respected client, are my priority.

I pride myself in my company’s ability to deliver exceptional, customized service and ongoing account management.  My reps always surpass a client’s expectations by continuously going over and above.  These are the attributes that I expect from my account representatives and managers.  And, this level of service is what my clients receive.
